  • Created new brand, product names and identities for new market launches in 5 EMEA markets
  • Developed annual marketing plans and budget, identifying new customer segments and triggers to approach
  • Managed marketing channels: paid search, social media, affiliates and display retargeting campaigns together with agencies
  • Implemented marketing automation campaigns to acquire and retain customers
  • Co-led the development of sales journeys and the customer portal, including user research, testing and working with developers to overcome technical limitations
